বিশ্বাসঘাতক হল পরমাণু বোমা বানানোর ম্যানহাটান প্রজেক্টের উপরে ১৯৭৪ সালে লেখা নারায়ণ সান্যালের তথ্যভিত্তিক রোমাঞ্চকর উপন্যাস। পরমানু বিজ্ঞানী ক্লজ ফুক্স সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের হাতে পরমাণু বোমা বানানোর সমস্ত প্রণালী মার্কিন রক্তচক্ষু উপেক্ষা করে পাচার করে দেন এবং আজ পর্যন্ত সব থেকে বড় আর্থিক কেলেঙ্কারি হিসাবে গন্য করা হয়। বিশ্বাসঘাতক বইটি মূলত ঐতিহাসিক পটভূমিতে লেখা এক conspiracy/spy thriller. দ্বিতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধ এর কিছু দিন পরেই আমেরিকার প্রেসিডেন্ট এর কাছে এক চিঠি আসে যাতে বলা হয় যুদ্ধের সময়ের এক অতি গোপনীয় প্রজেক্ট (যে প্রজেক্ট থেকে এটম বোমা বানানো হয় )এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সব তথ্য রাশিয়ায় পাচার হয়ে গেছে। অথচ পৃথিবীতে মাত্র ১২-১৩ জন বিজ্ঞানীর এই তথ্য জানার ক্ষমতা আছে যার ভিতরে অনেক নোবেল পুরস্কার বিজয়ী ও আছে। এখন এই সর্বজনশ্রদ্ধেয় বিজ্ঞানীদের ভিতরে কে সেই " বিশ্বাসঘাতক ",কি সেই তথ্য আর কেনই বা এই বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা তা নিয়েই বইটির কাহিনী।

Narayan
Sanyal was a popular writer of modern Bengali literature
and also a civil engineer. He
was born in 26 April 1924 and died 7 February 2005. His father is
Chittasukh Sanyal and mother is Basantalata Devi. His home was
Krishnanagar, Nadia, India. He got many Awards like Rabindra Award
-Ajantha Aparupa in 1969, Bankim Award - Rupamanjari in 2000. His
notable writings
are Nakshatraloker Debatatma, Biswasghatak, Sherlock Hebo, Dandak
Shabari, Parabola sir, Sherlock Hebo, Achchedyo Bandhan, Ashlilatar
Daaye, Ek Dui Teen, Na Manusher Panchali etc. Download
